These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website (casabaldirimini.com) and the rental of our property.
By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at Casa Baldi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Reservations can be made through our website, authorized booking platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com), or directly by email.
A booking is considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from Casa Baldi and, if applicable, the required payment or deposit has been received.
Guests must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.
Payment methods and schedules depend on the platform or direct agreement.
All payments must be completed before or upon check-in, according to the terms specified in your booking confirmation.
Tourist tax (where applicable) is not included in the accommodation price and will be collected during the online check-in or upon arrival.
Check-in: from 14:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-out: by 11:00 on the day of departure.
Self check-in is available. Guests will receive detailed instructions and access codes prior to arrival.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
Guests agree to:
Use the property with care and respect.
Report any damage, malfunction, or loss immediately.
Respect neighbors and maintain appropriate noise levels, especially during nighttime hours.
Follow any house rules communicated before or during the stay.
The person making the booking is responsible for the behavior of all guests staying at the property.
Any damage to the property, furniture, or equipment caused by the guest will be charged accordingly.
Casa Baldi is not responsible for:
Accidents, injuries, or illness occurring during the stay.
Loss or theft of personal belongings.
Interruptions of utilities (electricity, water, internet) beyond our control.
Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance.
The cancellation terms depend on the booking platform or the conditions agreed upon directly at the time of booking.
In case of direct bookings, cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to [email protected].
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the agreed cancellation policy.
Casa Baldi is not liable for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government restrictions.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Italy.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rimini (IT).
